Self-care is more than bubble baths and face masks – it’s the ongoing practice of looking after our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. from our diet and sleep patterns to how we move our bodies and manage our thoughts, self-care touches every part of our daily lives.

Being kind to ourselves can be tough, especially when our inner critic gets loud. Whether it’s about the way we look, past mistakes, missed opportunities, or how we compare ourselves to others – we’ve all been there. Those thoughts are part of being human.

But self-care isn’t about avoiding these thoughts; it’s about how we respond to them. It means learning to challenge the voice that says we’re not good enough and replacing it – gently – with one that reminds us we’re doing our best.

Even small changes can make a difference. Writing down five things you like about yourself, going for a walk, choosing to rest instead of pushing through, or simply saying “I’m enough” out loud – these are acts of self-care. They’re ways of saying: I matter.

You are important, you are trying, and that’s more than enough.
